Very happy with the service provided by Adam & Morgan. Selling while out of state can be challenging, but they took care of everything for me & assured a quick and uneventful sale.

Morgan was beyond helpful, helping my find a house in Valdosta while still living in Texas. Because of her years of experience, she was able to simplify the paperwork aspect of the process. I would have been lost without her. I highly recommend her expertise when looking for a home!

We had several set backs with our process, and yet every time something happened, Morgan was on top of it. At no point were we ever stuck by her or the company she works for . She was consistently on the ball and never failed to notify us of a change. She even helped us a find a temporary place to  stay when we had to move out of our hotel, AND even took time out of her busy schedule to show my wife a second house. She was always polite, in a cheerful mood, and never failed to either answer every question I had, or found the answer I needed. When ever I had to stop by the office, every one there was very polite and more than happy to help my wife and I. When it comes time to either sell or rent my home, I will DEFINITELY be going back to Morgan and Adam!

Morgan is the BEST! She helped us find a house when moving to Georgia. We were in Texas throughout the buying process and she made everything so easy! Then when we got orders and she helped us sell our home. Morgan makes the entire process extremely easy! She took care of all the details which made the moving process less stressful!

Morgan and Adam were allstars! They got our house sold in just a couple months even though it was not in the most desirable area. They were our realtor when we bought and foreclosure in 2012 and when we sold it in 2016 for a profit, always working tirelessly for the cause. Two thumbs up, would give  more than 5 stars if I could!
